Small Bizarres No. 70 - Toilet UI, Tokyo...


I particularly like the right hand side button titled 'Flushing Sound' which, as it suggests, makes an extended 'flushing sound' to, assumedly, blank out any other awkward auditory emissions... Conveniently (see buttons below),  the volume level of such flushing sounds can also be controlled...

Small Bizarres No. 69 - The Jockstrap Manifesto, Doha...



In the top-floor men's bathroom here at VCU in Qatar a somewhat peculiar manifestation has appeared onto the bathroom mirror, a manifesto, called the Jockstrap Manifesto, arguing for a more pronounced role for members of the less fairer sex within regional art & design schools... 

The project is (assumedly) a part of an assignment titled Daily Provocations given by our current visiting Critic in Residence Alice Twemlow

Kate Terry Exhibition - VCU in Qatar, Doha...

The Kate Terry exhibition being set up in the VCUQ Gallery...

Tomorrow an exhibition titled Open Forms by the artist Kate Terry will be opening in the gallery here at VCUQ. The opening is scheduled for 18.00 tomorrow evening, and will be on display until December 24, 2013.
